Perched on the river and designed for a filmmaker, the house harnesses the narrow shape of the site to create light-filled spaces that overlook the river. Employing hand-crafted fair-faced concrete with Structural Mild Steel and Coconut wood, the material palette complements this quaint landscape of Calvim village. Laterite Stone anchors. the building to the site. With handmade details and pastel terrazzo flooring, the house celebrates the lush verdant landscape and the spirit of the resident’s love for design.
